Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Subsequent Events through March 15, 2012 On March 13, 2012 Ebix's Board of Directors increased the regular quarterly dividend by 25% to 5 cents per outstanding share of the Company's common stock. This same quarterly dividend per share will be paid at the end of May 2012.
