Divestiture Activity	Divestiture Activity 2023 On November 30, 2023, the Company sold its Millefiori business, based in Italy, in the Home and Commercial Solutions segment to a third party for purchase price that is not material to the Company. As a result, the Company recorded an immaterial, pretax gain which is included in other (income) expense, net in Consolidated Statements of Operations. 2022 On March 31, 2022, the Company sold its CH&S business unit to Resideo Technologies, Inc., for approximately $593 million, subject to customary working capital and other post-closing adjustments. As a result, during the year ended December 31, 2022, the Company recorded a pretax gain of $136 million, which was included in other (income) expense, net in Consolidated Statements of Operations.
