ACCUMULATED OTHER COMPREHENSIVE LOSS

Cadence’s accumulated other comprehensive loss is comprised of the aggregate impact of foreign currency translation gains and losses and changes in defined benefit plan liabilities and is presented in Cadence’s condensed consolidated statements of comprehensive income.

Accumulated other comprehensive loss was comprised of the following as of September 26, 2020 and December 28, 2019:

For the three and nine months ended September 26, 2020 and September 28, 2019 there were no significant amounts reclassified from accumulated other comprehensive loss to net income.
