CONTINGENCIES	Note 13: CONTINGENCIES We are party to a number of lawsuits arising in the normal course of business. Our energy services segment is party to two lawsuits in Louisiana, one of which alleges damages of $30 and the other of $9. We do not believe that any of the aforementioned pending litigation will have a material adverse effect on our consolidated financial statements.
