On October 1, 2008, Mr. Mark A. Harris announced his resignation from his position as Senior Vice President, Global Strategy and Marketing of Quaker Chemical Corporation (the "Company"), effective December 31, 2008. Mr. Harris has decided to pursue other opportunities outside of the Company.
