Portfolio Name Change and Subadviser Change

We amend the Table of Investment Options and Investment Subadvisers to reflect the following portfolio name change and subadviser change:

Accordingly, all references in the prospectuses to the Former Name and Former Subadviser are changed to the New Name and New Subadviser, respectively, effective immediately.

You should read this supplement together with the prospectus for the contract you purchased and retain both for future reference.
