On June 1, 2010, Invesco Advisers, Inc. replaced Van Kampen as the subadviser for the Value portfolio. Accordingly, we amend and restate the following disclosure under the Table of Investment Options and Investment Subadvisers to reflect this change:

    Value          Invesco Advisers, Inc.     To seek to realize an above-average total return over a market cycle of three to five years,
consistent with reasonable risk. Under normal market conditions, the portfolio invests in
equity securities of companies with capitalizations, at the time of investment, similar to
the market capitalization of companies in the Russell MidCap Value Index.*
