Registered Direct Offering – Common Stock On February 5, 2021, the Company sold, pursuant to a stock purchase agreement and through a registered direct offering, an aggregate of 11,111,111 shares of its common stock, for a gross purchase price of $5.0 million, before payment of offering costs of $0.6 million. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
