Vesting terms The performance period for each LTIP is three years. Awards for any achievement of performance targets will not be granted until the performance targets are achieved and then will be subject to additional vesting through August 31, 2021, August 31, 2022 and August, 31, 2023, respectively.  The time-based awards under the 2018-2020 LTIP, 2019-2021 LTIP and 2020-2022 LTIP vest in four equal installments through April 1, 2022, April 1, 2023 and April 1, 2024, respectively.
