On July 19, 2007, Casual Male Retail Group, Inc. (the "Company") notified Linda
B. Carlo of the termination of her active employment effective August 18, 2007.
Ms. Carlo was serving as the Company's Executive Vice President-Business
Development and Direct-to-Consumer.  Ms. Carlo was a "named executive officer"
in the Company's 2007 Proxy Statement.
