("Laidlaw"), Parent company of Greyhound Lines, Inc. and subsidiaries ("Greyhound"), issued a press release announcing, among other things, a comprehensive plan to recapitalize Laidlaw’s balance sheet. The plan includes commencement of a cash tender offer for all of Laidlaw’s outstanding 10¾% senior notes due 2011, the redemption at a future date of Greyhound’s $150 million 11 ½% senior notes due 2007, the redemption at a future date of Greyhound’s approximately $5 million 8 ½ % convertible debentures due 2007 and the replacement of Laidlaw’s current revolving credit facility.
