Item 3.01.Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing. 

 

On December 17, 2019, Soligenix, Inc. (the “Company”) received a letter from the Listing Qualifications department of The Nasdaq Stock Market indicating that the Company has regained compliance with the $1.00 Minimum Bid Price requirement set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2).

 

The Company‘s common stock will continue to trade on The Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “SNGX.”
