DISTRIBUTIONS	NOTE 5 - DISTRIBUTIONS Total cash distributions declared and paid in February and May 2012 were $79,877 and $80,484, respectively. On July 24, 2012, a distribution to the limited partners of $92,157, or approximately $0.56 per limited partnership unit, was declared. Such distribution was paid August 3, 2012. The General Partner also received a distribution of $931 with respect to its one percent partnership interest in August 2012.
