FINAL AMENDMENT TO TENDER OFFER

This Final Amendment to the This Tender Offer Statement on Schedule TO relates to the offer (the “Offer”) by: MacKenzie Income Fund 27, LLC; MPF INCOME FUND 24, LLC; MACKENZIE BADGER ACQUISITION CO. 3, LLC; COASTAL REALTY BUSINESS TRUST (collectively the “Purchasers”) to purchase all Units of limited partnership interest (the “Units”) in Del Taco Income Properties IV (the “Partnership”), the subject company, not already held by purchasers and their affiliates at a purchase price equal to $25 per Unit, upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the Offer to Purchase (the “Offer to Purchase”) dated February 17, 2015 (the “Offer Date”) and the related Assignment Form.

The Offer resulted in the tender by shareholders, and acceptance for payment by the Purchasers, of a total of 3,577 Units.  Following purchase of all the tendered Shares, the Purchasers will own an aggregate of approximately 8,229 Units, or approximately 4.98% of the total outstanding Units.
