Item 8.01 Other Events
On June 29, 2010, RehabCare Group, Inc. issued a press release relating to the estimated impact of proposed changes to the Medicare Part B therapy services included in the proposed Medicare Physician Fee Schedule rule, which was released by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services on June 25, 2010 and which could go into effect on January 1, 2011. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
