Effective June 24, 2015, Alan Rosenberg resigned from the Board of Directors of 4Net Software, Inc. (the “Company”). There was no disagreement between Mr. Rosenberg and the Company. A copy of Mr. Rosenberg’s resignation letter is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 17.

The Company is grateful to Mr. Rosenberg for his services and wishes him success in all of his future endeavors.
