Mr. Fischer is not affiliated with any other public companies. Matthew Angelos, age 36, was appointed Vice-President-Engineering in December 1992. From July 1992 to December 1992 he was the Company's Engineering Manager and from August 1990 to July 1992 was project manager with the Company. COMPENSATION The tables on the following pages set forth the executive compensation paid by the Company for each executive officer/director of the Company whose cash compensation exceeded $100,000 during the past three fiscal years.
