Subsequent Events	Subsequent Event Acquisition of Seven Springs Mountain Resort, Hidden Valley Ski Resort and Laurel Mountain Ski Area On December 8, 2021, the Company entered into a purchase agreement to acquire Seven Springs Mountain Resort, Hidden Valley Ski Resort and Laurel Mountain ski area in Pennsylvania from The Nutting Company for a cash purchase price of approximately $125.0 million, subject to certain adjustments. The Company will acquire all of the assets related to the mountain operations of the resorts, including base area skier services (food and beverage, retail and rental, lift ticket offices and ski and snowboard school facilities), as well as a hotel, conference center and related operations. The Company expects to fund the cash purchase price through cash on hand.
