Leases of Lessee Disclosure [Text Block]	Note 12 – Leasing Arrangements During the years ended November 30, 2012 and 2011, the Company has leased facilities in Rhode Island that have housed activities related to administration, research and development. The Company currently leases space in Rhode Island under a one-year lease that expires in April 2013. Current rent is $900 per month. Rent expense under the Company’s operating leases was $10,800 for each of the years ended November 30, 2012 and 2011, respectively.
