Kaiser Aluminum Announces Quarterly Dividend Payment

FOOTHILL RANCH, Calif. – October 13, 2009 – Kaiser Aluminum Corporation (NASDAQ:KALU) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend payment of $0.24 per share on the Company’s outstanding common stock. The dividend will be payable on November 13, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 23, 2009.
