On October 23, 2019, Kaiser Aluminum Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release reporting its preliminary, unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2019. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02.
