The Financial Accounting Standards Board Accounting Standards Codification Topic No. 230, “Statement of Cash Flows”, requires a statement of cash flows as part of a full set of financial statements. For quarterly reporting purposes, the Company has elected to condense the reporting of its net cash flows. Interest was paid during the six months ended June 30, 2022, in the amount of $30,000 in connection with the collateralized convertible debentures which are held by related parties. There were no payments of interest for the six month period ended June 30, 2021.
