Contingencies	Contingencies: The Partnership is party to a lawsuit with its largest unitholder that alleges, among other things, that the General Partner breached the terms of the Fifth Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership (the “Partnership Agreement”) by indicating that unitholders may lack the right to nominate candidates, or to solicit proxies in support of new candidates, for election to the board of directors of the General Partner. The Partnership has filed an answer denying the allegations as set forth in the complaint. The Partnership is also a party to a number of lawsuits arising in the normal course of business. In the opinion of management, none of these matters will have a material effect in the aggregate on the Partnership's financial statements. In 2009, the Partnership agreed to a $9.0 million settlement of a California class-action lawsuit. The settlement, which was paid in 2010, was recognized as a charge in “Operating expenses” in the consolidated statement of operations for the twelve months ended June 27, 2010.
