On August 22, 2010, Mr. Gregory D. Waller resigned from the Biolase Technology, Inc. (the "Company") Board of Directors. On August 26, 2010, Mr. James R. Largent resigned from the Company's Board of Directors. In connection with Mr. Waller's resignation, Mr. Alexander K. Arrow, a director and member of the Company's Audit Committee, was appointed Chairman of the Audit Committee.
