On November 17, 2023, Wade Smith notified Puget Sound Energy, Inc. and Puget Energy, Inc. (together, the “Companies”) of his intent to resign from his position as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Companies, effective on or about December 15, 2023.
