Dreams, Inc., pursuant to a Consent Resolution of the Board of Directors dated September 12, 2007, has changed its fiscal year end from March 31^st to December 31^st. Dreams, Inc. will file a report covering the transitional period of April 1, 2007, to December 31, 2007, on Form 10-K.
