The Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Publix Super Markets, Inc. (Company) was held on April 18, 2023. Proxies for the meeting were solicited pursuant to Section 14(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and there were no solicitations in opposition to management’s solicitation. The meeting was held for the following purposes:
