(Nasdaq SmallCap: CARD) announced today that it has received a Nasdaq Staff Determination letter indicating that the Company failed to comply with the $1.00 minimum bid price requirement for continued listing set forth in Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(4), and that its securities are, therefore, subject to delisting from The Nasdaq SmallCap Market. The Company will not appeal the determination. Effective with the open of business on March 28, 2003, the Company expects its common stock to begin trading on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol "CARD". About PubliCARD, Inc.
