SUBSIDIARY DIVIDENDS	NOTE 21 - SUBSIDIARY DIVIDENDS In 2021, PDMC, the Company’s majority owned subsidiary in Taiwan, paid dividends of which 49.99%, or approximately $9.6 million were paid to noncontrolling interests. Dividends were not paid in the years ended 2022 and 2023.
