SUBSIDIARY DIVIDENDS	NOTE 20 - SUBSIDIARY DIVIDENDS In 2021, 2020 and 2019, PDMC, the Company’s majority owned subsidiary in Taiwan, paid dividends of which 49.99%, or approximately $9.6 million, $16.2 million and $45.1 million, respectively, were paid to noncontrolling interests.
