Shares Repurchase Programs

In September 2020, the Company’s board of directors authorized the repurchase of up to $100 million of its common stock, pursuant to a repurchase plan under Rule 10b5-1 of the Securities Act. The company commenced repurchasing shares under this authorization on September 16, 2020. All of the shares repurchased under this authorization as of August 1, 2021, have been retired.
