COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES	NOTE 13 - COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES As of April 28, 2019, the Company had commitments outstanding for capital equipment expenditures of approximately $37 million, nearly all of which related to building and equipping our China facilities. We are subject to various claims that arise in the ordinary course of business. We believe that such claims, individually or in the aggregate, will not have a material effect on the consolidated financial statements.
