SUBSIDIARY DIVIDEND	NOTE 13 - SUBSIDIARY DIVIDEND In April 2017 PDMC, our majority owned IC subsidiary in Taiwan, declared a dividend of $16.6 million which 49.99%, or $8.3 million, was paid to the third party that owns a noncontrolling interest in PDMC in the third quarter fiscal year 2017.
