CONSOLIDATION, RESTRUCTURING AND RELATED CHARGES	NOTE 11 - CONSOLIDATION, RESTRUCTURING AND RELATED CHARGES In the first quarter of fiscal 2012 the Company ceased the manufacture of photomasks at its Singapore facility and, in connection therewith, recorded charges of $1.4 million during fiscal 2012. This restructuring, which was comprised primarily of employee termination costs, was substantially completed in fiscal 2012.
