On May 9, 2007, Bioject Medical Technologies Inc. (“Bioject”) issued a press release announcing a net loss allocable to common shareholders of $2.2 million, or $0.15 per share, on revenues of $2.1 million for its first quarter ended March 31, 2007. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
