Geographical Information

We evaluate our reportable segment pursuant to ASC 280, Segment Reporting. The Company's Chief Executive Officer is the chief operating decision maker and he assesses the performance of the operating segment and allocates resources to the segment based on its business prospects, competitive factors, net revenue, operating results, and other non-U.S. GAAP financial ratios. Based on this evaluation, the Company operates as a single reportable segment.
Revenue: The following tables set forth revenue by geographic region with revenue assigned to geographic regions based on our customers’ billing address.

Significant Customers: Significant customers are defined as customers representing greater than 10% of our consolidated revenue. Revenue from two and three of our significant customers represented 63% and 74% of our consolidated revenue for the three months ended December 31, 2017 and 2016, respectively.

Long-lived Assets: Long-lived assets consist of property, plant, and equipment. As of December 31, 2017 and September 30, 2017, approximately 48% and 46%, respectively, of our long-lived assets were located in the United States. The remaining long-lived assets are primarily located in China.
