SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Refranchising — Subsequent to the end of the first quarter of 2024, the Company signed an agreement to refranchise 13 restaurants in Atlanta. Dividends — On February 16, 2024, the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.44 per common share, to be paid on March 27, 2024, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 15, 2024.
