SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTSDividends — On August 5, 2022, the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.44 per common share, to be paid on September 9, 2022, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 24, 2022.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
