Subsequent Events [Text Block]	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Declaration of dividend — On November 12, 2015, the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.30 per share, to be paid on December 22, 2015 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 9, 2015. Future dividends will be subject to approval by our Board of Directors.
