Commitments and Contingencies Disclosure [Text Block]	5. Commitments and Contingencies The Company is subject to legal proceedings and claims which arise in the ordinary course of its business. While the ultimate outcome of individual legal claims is inherently unpredictable, we believe that the final resolution of any pending actions will not have a material adverse effect on our results of operations, financial position, liquidity, or capital resources.
