7. Subsequent Events

The Company evaluated all events or transactions that occurred after June 30, 2011 up through the time of filing with the SEC our Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2011. During this period, the Company did not have any material recognizable subsequent events, except as disclosed herein.

On August 10, 2011, the Company declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share for a total of $629 thousand, which will be paid on September 2nd , 2011 to shareholders of record on August 22, 2011.
