On March 25, 2020, Park National Corporation announced that its Annual Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled for Monday, April 27, 2020 at 2 p.m., EDT, will be held in a virtual meeting format only. A copy of the News Release announcing the meeting format change is included as Exhibit 99.1.
