Segment Information

As discussed in Note 11, the Beauty Brands and Batteries businesses are presented as discontinued operations and are excluded from segment results for all periods presented. Effective July 1, 2016, the Company began accounting for sales to its Venezuela subsidiaries in Corporate for management reporting purposes. As a result, we are also reflecting such sales in Corporate for segment reporting purposes. This change was made on a prospective basis for both management and external segment reporting purposes and did not have a significant impact on any of the segments.
