With respect to the business insurance reserves above, the Company had corresponding insurance receivables of $11.8 million at both June 30, 2014 and March 31, 2014, which are included within the “Prepaid expenses and other current assets” line item on the Company’s consolidated balance sheets. The insurance receivables represent the balance of probable claim losses in excess of the Company’s deductible for which the Company is fully insured.
