Restructuring and Separation Costs	L. RESTRUCTURING AND SEPARATION COSTS In the second quarter of Fiscal 2015, we incurred approximately $1.3 million in restructuring and separation costs associated with the departure of our former Chief Operating Officer and severance costs related to our Canadian operations and certain U.S. operations which were negatively impacted by deteriorating market conditions. Of these costs, $0.8 million has been paid as of March 31, 2015 and the remaining $0.5 million will be distributed over the next sixteen months.
