SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On May 7, 2019, our Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on our common stock in the amount of $0.26 per share. The dividend is payable on June 19, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 22, 2019.
