SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On February 5, 2018, our Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on our common stock in the amount of $0.26 per share. The dividend is payable on March 21, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 21, 2018.
