Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Preferred Share Distribution On April 11, 2022, our Board of Trustees declared a dividend of $0.40625 per series D preferred share, which will be paid on May 16, 2022 to shareholders of record on April 29, 2022. Common Share Repurchases From April 1, 2022 through May 3, 2022, we repurchased 156,400 of our common shares at a weighted average price of $25.98 per share, for a total investment of $4.1 million. We have $198.2 million of remaining authorization available under our share repurchase program.
