Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Preferred Share Distribution On October 7, 2021, our Board of Trustees declared a dividend of $0.40625 per series D preferred share, which will be paid on November 15, 2021 to shareholders of record on October 29, 2021. Common Share Repurchases From October 1, 2021 through October 26, 2021, we repurchased 605,506 of our common shares under the March 2021 Authorization, at a weighted average price of $25.93 per share, for a total investment of $15.7 million. In total, we have repurchased 1,036,377 of our common shares at a weighted average price of $25.83 per share through October 26, 2021 under the March 2021 Authorization and have $123.2 million of remaining authorization available under our share repurchase program.
