Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On April 11, 2019, our Board of Trustees declared a dividend of $0.40625 per series D preferred share, which will be paid on May 15, 2019 to shareholders of record on April 29, 2019. On April 23, 2019, we sold 600 108^th Avenue NE in Bellevue, WA, for a gross price of $195.0 million. The property includes a 254,510 square foot office building and additional development rights.
